WHY DO WE NEED SUPPORT?

Since 2007, the Visibility Project has been working to change the ways that queer Asian Pacific American women and transgender individuals are seen and how their stories are told. We are now on the first page of many online search terms have changed what images people see when they are looking for community. We have built a living archive. We want to do more.

LIFT UP QUEER + TRANS STORIES

We seek to strategically influence the digital landscape of information about the queer APA women and transgender community, while being protectively open source. We seek to build a dynamic resource guide focused on queer APAs and queer POCs organizations, media, art, and movements. We seek to amplify the stories of the queer APAs in our classrooms, our communities, from youth organizations to immigration rights organizations. Our community has been on the front lines of gender, racial, economic, and social justice movements for decades. Engage and uplift our work!

Uplift Q/TPOC stories.
